
According to Baton Rogue newspaper The Advocate, the rapper will begin his prison sentence on May 2nd, after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors on Monday (April 11th).
Police raided the 40-year-old rapper's house in Baton Rogue in September of 2009 and found movies and images depicting the rape and sexual abuse of children on his laptop.
They also found a cache of guns and marijuana in the rapper's home.
Skull Duggery, born Andrew Jordan, recorded several albums for No Limit Records before leaving the label in 1999.
He pleaded guilty to one count of pornography involving juveniles, one count of illegal weapons possession with a dangerous substance.
